Video game passion nurtures a future columnist
As early as 6 years old, Chris Padilla started his video game journey when his Dad first bought him a game “Sega Genesis”.
Unlike other parents worrying about their kids drowning in video games, Padilla’s Dad let him play “as long as I can make money and be happy”, he said during our in class interview on Monday.
Now as a sophomore in Journalism, Padilla has made his first career goal clear: to be a magazine columnist, writing reviews, previews, tricks and trends for video games right after he gets his AA degree. He already had 3 articles published on school newspaper and the latest one was “A Ninja will disembowel you” on October 30, 2013.
A future columnist is coming out of the other side of video game, positively.
