Speech Restrictions of Prisoners

A Pennsylvania judge struck down the Revictimization Relief Act in April of 2015. The act was meant as a way to silence prisoners and ex-prisoners from speaking of their experiences in prison, restricting their freedom of speech in the first amendment.
